Delivery & Returns


Where possible items will be sent via large letter, but transformers or large orders are too thick and will be sent by small parcel. Some very large orders may be sent by medium parcel at higher cost.

I charge postage based on weight and at cost. If I can send an item as a smaller parcel and/or at a cheaper rate, the excess will be refunded through PayPal.

I provide a range of postal options to offer you more of a choice to hopefully lessen the impact on your pocket.

Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery - 1st class within the UK / Airmail for International Orders, no tracking
1st Class Signed For
- UK Only (Signature on delivery)
2nd Class Signed For
- UK Only (Signature on delivery)
Tracked & Insured - Special Delivery 1pm within the UK / International Tracked/Tracked & Signed - for when you're in a hurry or for valuable items over £50, providing tracked and insured shipping.

Minimum postage charge is £1.30.

Many items are made to order so although we aim to dispatch within
1-2 days, during busy periods please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. You will be notified by e-mail if your order will be delayed.

If an e-mail address is provided with checkout, you will be notified when your item has been dispatched.


All orders are well wrapped in bubble wrap and where possible are shipped in letter box sized packaging, normally in a sturdy, small box.

Order Tracking

For shipping by tracked postal service a tracking number can be provided. We will always obtain a proof of posting.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been partly made or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


If your purchase is in like new condition, you may exchange your purchase for a different colour however, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.
